Among the many activities which have helped support the Charity in the past year have been:-

  • Cash donations and sponsorship from individuals and organisations
  • Donations of resources, including school equipment, books, musical instruments and resources.
  • Sales, including book sales and car boot sales
  • Donations from several individuals in lieu of sending Christmas gifts. (The Trust provides cards which explain how one's Christmas present has been put to use.)
  • Money raised from talks to various schools and organisations
  • A concert
  • A pub funday
  • Free time and labour, including many hours given freely by dozens of residents of The Gambia.
