Our major project for 2019/20 was the building of an additional classroom and a library at our school in Kumbija. Building started in earnest in December and was completed in March 2020. The pictures below show the various stages of develoment right through to completion. The final picture shows one of the teachers Alieu Bah, proudly showing us the inside of the new library.
Many thanks to everyone who donated (both financially and with resources) and helped out with the build and fitting out, another great success and one that is greatly appreciated by the staff and children at the school and indeed by all the people living in and around Kumbija.
